2 boneless chicken breast halves

2 spoon salt

½ cup cookery oil

2 cups cubed onion

1 spoon diced garlic

1?½ spoon diced ginger

1 spoon curry powder

1 spoon cumin

1 spoon turmeric

1½ spoon coriander

1 spoon black pepper

1 spoon water

1 (15 ounces) tomatoes

1 cup yoghurt

1 spoon chopped cilantro

1 spoon salt

½ cup of water

1½ spoon garam masala

1 spoon chopped cilantro

1½ spoon lemon 


Once you have lined up all your preparatory, all you got to do is start with the main procedure of creating an appetizing chicken curry.  It is very easy to cook chicken curry, and a basic / beginner go-to recipe is all that needs to be followed with every direction given forth. 


Sprinkle a little salt on the raw chicken pieces ad marinate it well. If you want you can marinate the chicken with salt and yogurt and keep it aside for a while. 


Get started with onion and oil fry it until the onion turns brown add garlic and create a paste. Once that's done, keep it aside and start string veggies in the oil and add up spices like garam masala, salt, and red chilly for taste. 


Stir Curry powder, cumin seeds, turmeric and bring together the paste of onion and garlic and keep stirring until mixed well. Add up a cup of water to the mixture bring to boil and add marinated chicken to the curry, and you are halfway there. 

Sprinkle some Indian spices over it like garam masala. Add water and yogurt if needed and set it to the flame until cook.


You are good to go once your chicken curry seems to look and smell just like you wanted. Serve it and have the meal of your day.
