HOW TO MAKE MUTTON BIRYANI STEP BY STEP 

Now you are just about to learn the recipe for the best mutton biryani that you will be cooking. Follow the recipe step by step for desired taste and have that appetizing delicacy all by yourself. Mutton biryani is especially a go-to dish to have that unstoppable food on your plate to enjoy it to the bits. 

INGREDIENTS 

250 g Mutton Biryani Cut (Raan)

1 cup of rice

1 spoon Red chilli 

1- 2 spoon Coriander leaves

½ spoon Turmeric 

Salt as per liking

2 spoon legume oil

1  cinnamon

2 cardamoms

2 cloves

1  onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

8 cloves garlic

1 Ginger

3 Green Chillies 

¼ cup yoghurt

8-9 Mint leaves 

Lemon juice as per taste  

STEP 1 

Rinse rice properly and soak them in warm water for about an hour before you start cooking for mutton biryani

STEP 2 

Get your cooker and put in all the spices, vegetables and leaves you have selected to make your dish spicy and tasty. Pour a cup of water into the cooker and set the flame on for about half an hour and bring it down post 10- 20 whistles once you see it's as per your need. 

STEP 3 

Put some oil stir fry the clove, cardamom and cinnamon. Make sure the onions are cooked well post this, and after that, you put other veggies in the pan to cook. Add ginger and garlic paste and keep stirring the oil until it's well mixed together. 

STEP 4 

Add rice after draining the excess water along with the veggies and mutton biryani cut (raan) you have prepared. Add a little water to the full mixture. 

STEP 5 

Shut the lid and set it to flame and let the mix of it all cook well on the flame. 

STEP 6 

Simmer the gas and let the cooker release of the air and encapsulate all the flavours to have that taste luring dish cooked with mutton biryani cut (raan) from meazzy
