250 g Mutton Biryani Cut (Raan)
1 cup of rice
1 spoon Red chilli
1- 2 spoon Coriander leaves
½ spoon Turmeric
Salt as per liking
2 spoon legume oil
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
8 cloves garlic
3 Green Chillies
¼ cup yoghurt
8-9 Mint leaves
Lemon juice as per taste
Rinse rice properly and soak them in warm water for about an hour before you start cooking for mutton biryani
